• *Role Description**

\* Design high\-quality creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, website, and app

\* Create visually engaging posts, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and brand assets

\* Ensure all designs align with Hobfit’s brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines

\* Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to plan and execute creative concepts

\* Maintain consistency in design quality across all platforms

\* Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table

• *Qualifications**

\* 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with a **strong portfolio** can also be considered)

\* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field

\* Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

\* Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and composition

\* Experience creating content for digital platforms like Instagram and marketing campaigns

\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple projects

\* Keen eye for detail with a strong sense of aesthetics
