Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer with hands\-on experience in AI creative tools and video editing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging visual content, social media creatives, promotional videos, and marketing materials.

Candidates should have practical experience with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or Adobe Firefly, along with proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.

Key Responsibilities

\- Design social media posts, advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.

\- Create event, tournament, and certificate designs while maintaining brand consistency.

\- Use AI creative tools to generate images, videos, motion graphics, and short\-form content.

\- Create engaging reels, shorts, and promotional videos for social media platforms.

\- Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, music, and other video elements.

\- Develop effective AI prompts and refine AI\-generated content to meet brand requirements.

\- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and advertising materials.

\- Produce multiple creative variations for marketing and performance testing.

\- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain an organised library of design assets and templates.

\- Stay updated on emerging AI design tools, creative trends, and video production techniques.

Requirements

\- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.

\- Hands\-on experience with AI creative tools, especially Higgsfield.

\- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

\- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.

\- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.

\- Ability to create engaging social media content and short\-form videos.

\- Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

\- Experience creating performance marketing and advertising creatives.

\- Knowledge of AI voice\-over, avatar, or lip\-sync tools.

\- Basic photography or videography skills.

\- Experience working with children's brands, educational institutions, or similar industries.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
