We are looking for a creative, detail\-oriented, and passionate **Junior Graphic Designer** to join our growing team. As a fresher, you will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple design disciplines ranging from **digital and social media marketing** to **FMCG product packaging** and brand asset creation.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundational understanding of design and color theories, a keen eye for aesthetics, and hands\-on technical proficiency with industry\-standard design tools. If you are a fresh graduate eager to learn, experiment, and see your designs come to life in the digital and physical world, we want to hear from you!
· **Digital \& Social Media:** Create engaging, platform\-specific visuals (static graphics, carousels, stories, and basic animations) for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
· **Brand Assets \& Identity:** Assist in developing and maintaining consistent visual brand assets, including logos, typography, sales decks, and marketing collateral.
· **Packaging \& FMCG Goods:** Collaborate on the conceptualization and layout design for FMCG product packaging, ensuring designs are print\-ready and compliant with technical specifications.
· **Design Execution:** Apply core principles of design theory, layout composition, and color theory to all projects to ensure high\-quality visual communication.
· **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets.
· **Asset Management:** Organize and maintain a clean library of design files, templates, and raw assets for future team use.
· **Advanced:** Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
· **Intermediate:** Adobe Lightroom (for photo editing/retouching), Canva (for quick templates and agile turnarounds)
· **Bonus:** Familiarity with Figma, Adobe InDesign, or basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
· Strong understanding of **Design Theory** (balance, contrast, hierarchy, alignment).
· Solid grasp of **Color Theory** and its psychological impact on branding, as well as digital (RGB) vs. print (CMYK) color spaces.
· Basic understanding of packaging design constraints, die\-lines, and material textures for **FMCG goods**.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating academic, freelance, or personal design projects.
· Excellent communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
· Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
· A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred (but talent and a strong portfolio come first!).
· A diverse portfolio of projects (Digital, Print, and Physical Packaging).
· A collaborative, creative, and fast\-paced work environment.
· Opportunities for career growth and skill upgradation.
