We are looking for a **creative, detail\-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer Intern** who is passionate about visual storytelling, graphic design, branding, and digital creativity. Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, advertisements, and marketing collaterals.
• Assist in developing brand identities, visual concepts, layouts, and creative assets.
• Support the design of logos, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other branding materials.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing, branding, and content teams to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Edit and improve designs based on feedback, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
• Stay updated with graphic design trends, typography, colour theory, layout principles, and emerging creative techniques.
• Manage assigned design tasks efficiently and deliver creative assets within deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

• A degree, diploma, certification, or relevant coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers and aspiring designers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Basic proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva**, or similar graphic design tools.
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout design.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to understand design briefs and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• A portfolio showcasing academic projects, personal designs, freelance work, or previous creative projects is an advantage.

Internship Duration, Stipend and Employment Terms

• **Internship period:** 3 months, providing hands\-on exposure to real\-world design projects and creative workflows.
• **Stipend:** Starting from **₹5,000 per month**. The final stipend amount will be determined based on the candidate’s design skills, performance, learning progress, and contribution during the internship.
• **Performance evaluation:** Your creativity, design quality, consistency, ability to meet deadlines, willingness to learn, and overall performance will be evaluated.
• **Full\-time employment opportunity:** Candidates demonstrating strong performance and suitability for the role may be considered for a full\-time position upon successful completion of the internship, subject to the company's requirements and final evaluation.
• **Joining preference:** Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
