Transparent Capital is a growing fintech company operating in India's Unlisted and Pre\-IPO Equity Market. We work with investors, wealth managers, financial intermediaries, and institutions to provide unlisted share investment opportunities and secondary transaction solutions.

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to support our marketing and branding initiatives by creating engaging visual content for digital platforms.

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

\- Design creative graphics, social media posts, banners materials for the company's marketing campaigns.

\- Create visually appealing creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

\- Design creatives website related to unlisted shares, Pre\-IPO investments, IPOs, financial markets, and company updates.

\- Assist in designing brochures, presentations, advertisements, infographics, and other marketing collateral.

\- Maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring professional and high\-quality output.

\- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives on time.

\- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.

\- Make design revisions based on feedback from the marketing team and management.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

\- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.

\- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.(Ai tool plus point)

\- Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new design tools and techniques.

\- Understanding of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.

\- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

\- A portfolio of previous designs, college projects, or personal creative work is preferred.
