Works Mentor India Private Limited is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail\-oriented Graphic \& Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high\-quality static designs as well as engaging video, animation, and motion\-graphics content for branding, marketing, social media, and promotional activities.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, design principles, motion graphics, and digital marketing content.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Graphic Design**

• Create creative and visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, promotional creatives, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain visual assets in line with the company's brand identity.
• Ensure consistency in colors, typography, layouts, imagery, and overall visual style.
• Convert marketing concepts and requirements into professional visual designs.
• Make revisions and creative improvements based on feedback from the marketing and management teams.

• *2\. Motion Graphics \& Video Design**

• Create engaging videos, reels, animations, promotional videos, and motion graphics.
• Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Create animations, transitions, text effects, visual effects, and other motion elements.
• Add and synchronize music, sound effects, voiceovers, graphics, and animations where required.
• Convert static designs into engaging motion and video content.
• Create content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

3**. Branding \& Marketing Support**

• Develop creative content that supports the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Business Development, and other teams to understand creative requirements.
• Maintain consistency across all digital and promotional materials.
• Assist in developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, announcements, events, and promotional activities.
• Stay updated with current design, video, social media, and motion\-graphics trends.

• *4\. Project \& Workflow Management**

• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously.
• Plan and prioritize creative tasks according to deadlines and requirements.
• Deliver high\-quality work within assigned timelines.
• Maintain organized design files, project assets, and source files.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth completion of creative projects.

• *Required Skills**

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles
• Knowledge of branding and visual identity
• Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layouts
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing creatives
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation
• Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• *Qualification \& Experience**

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, animation, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant skills may also apply.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate their skills through a portfolio or work samples.
