• *The Role**

We are seeking two enthusiastic and talented Junior Graphic Designers to support our creative team. This is a crucial, hands\-on, full\-time Work From Office role based in Pune. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong foundation in design principles, and is ready to jump into fast\-paced digital projects immediately.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and produce engaging visual content for various platforms, with a strong focus on social media design (static posts, stories, ads, etc.).
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Ensure all design outputs adhere to client branding and communication design guidelines.
• Utilize and maintain proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Incorporate AI\-assisted design skills to enhance efficiency and explore innovative creative options (e.g., AI image generation, rapid prototyping, content repurposing).
• Prepare files for final delivery across digital and print media.

• *✨ Required Qualifications \& Experience**

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
• A Degree in Design or a related field is strongly preferred.
• A robust portfolio showcasing design ability, especially in social media and digital content.
• Familiarity with design trends and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Immediate joining is required.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
