We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Graphic Designer** with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and a passion for creating engaging visual content for digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to design social media creatives, promotional materials, and branding assets.
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, carousels, and marketing creatives
- Create and edit short\-form video content and social media reels
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Design website banners, landing page graphics, and digital ads
- Create marketing materials like brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations
- Collaborate with content writers and marketing team members
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
- Ensure timely delivery with high\-quality standards
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop**
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator**
- Working knowledge of **Figma**
- Experience in designing social media creatives (posts, banners, etc.)
- **Video editing and social media reel creation skills (mandatory)**
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Fine Arts or related field
- Knowledge of **Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects**, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video/reel work
