About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** who can develop high\-quality visual content for brands, digital marketing campaigns, social media and other marketing requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, good visual sense, attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for **social media posts, advertisements, campaigns, websites and digital platforms**.
• Develop creative concepts based on client briefs and marketing objectives.
• Design **logos, brand identity materials, brochures, posters, banners, presentations and other marketing collateral**.
• Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Work closely with the **Social Media, Content and Marketing teams** to develop campaign creatives.
• Understand client requirements and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
• Make design revisions based on feedback and deliver final creatives within deadlines.
• Maintain brand guidelines, typography, colour schemes and overall visual consistency.
• Prepare high\-quality, production\-ready files for digital and print requirements.
• Organise and maintain design source files and creative assets.
• Stay updated with current **design trends, social media formats and creative styles**.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks based on deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator**.
• Knowledge of **CorelDRAW, Figma or Canva** is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of **layout, typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy**.
• Good knowledge of social media creative formats and digital marketing design.
• Strong creative thinking and visualisation skills.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to understand briefs and work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
