We're Hiring a Graphic Designer and a Digital Marketing Expert for our Company. We're a real estate consultancy firm, based at Dehradun Uttrakhand India. Deals in rent, lease, sale and purchase of properties of every description, Viz Lands. (Suitable for Residential, Commercial, and Charitable purpose).

Experience: Min 1 to 2 years

• Coral Draw Knowledge
• Illustrator Knowledge
• SEO
• SMM

• **Responsibilities:***

• Manipulate and edit video pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience, input graphics and sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice\-overs.
• Improve and correct lighting, coloring, and faulty footage and ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.

***Requirements***

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field
• 1\-2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics \& 3D Animator \*OR Fresher with creative skillset
• Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and basic knowledge of Illustrator).
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Highly self\-disciplined with time management skills.
