Key Responsibilities
1\. Design \& Creative Development
Create visually compelling graphics for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, and print materials.
Develop layouts, illustrations, and infographics that communicate concepts clearly and effectively.
Support the creative team in brainstorming ideas, developing concepts, and executing creative assets.
Adapt and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
2\. Brand Consistency \& Visual Standards
Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all design materials.
Ensure strong visual identity and consistency in color, typography, and overall style.
Assist in updating or enhancing brand assets when needed.
3\. Project Execution \& Collaboration
Work closely with content writers, marketing teams, and creative leads to understand project requirements and deliver assets on time.
Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Present ideas, drafts, and final deliverables clearly to internal teams or clients.
4\. Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital layout.
Familiarity with digital platforms and formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, web banners, etc.).
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus, but not mandatory.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
4–6 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
A strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print work.
