Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a passionate designer with **0–1 year of experience** who enjoys creating impactful visuals across digital, print, and event branding. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, stay updated with modern design trends, and leverage AI\-powered design tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, website graphics, email banners, and marketing collateral.
• Create brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, invitations, and corporate branding materials.
• Design exhibition booth graphics, stage backdrops, standees, signage, badges, certificates, and other event branding assets.
• Create motion graphics, promotional videos, reels, and short\-form video content.
• Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate promotions, and event highlights.
• Develop custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets for campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and event teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure consistency across all branding and communication materials.
• Prepare print\-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Utilize AI\-powered design tools to enhance creative workflows and productivity.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills

• **0–1 year of experience** in Graphic Design (Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply).

• *Proficiency in:**

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Canva
• Figma
• **Must have strong video editing skills** using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or other professional editing software.
• Strong illustration and visual storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.

• *Familiarity with AI\-powered design tools such as:**

• Gemini
• Runway
• Freepik AI
• Envato AI
• Other AI tools for graphic design and content creation.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.Qualifications
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, illustrations, motion graphics, and **video editing** projects.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience designing for exhibitions, conferences, events, or corporate branding is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing creatives.
