Graphic Designer & Merchandiser

At CricHeroes, we’re building the world’s largest cricket network with 40M\+ users. As our Store continues to grow, we’re expanding our merchandise and creative capabilities to support in\-app creatives, team orders, and cricket gear branding.

We are looking for a **Graphic Designer \& Merchandiser with 2\+ years of hands\-on experience** who can independently manage day\-to\-day design execution while coordinating merchandise production and vendor communication.

This is a hands\-on execution role requiring speed, accuracy, and strong visual judgment.

Manage growing design and merchandise requirements across the CricHeroes Store — ensuring faster turnaround, consistent brand identity, and smooth execution of team and store orders.

###### **Key Responsibilities**

###### **Graphic Design \& Creative Execution**

• Create vector designs and graphics for digital and print use.
• Design creatives using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (PSD), CorelDRAW, and AI\-based design tools.
• Develop and refine logos, brand assets, and visual identities
• Design in\-app creatives, promotional banners, and marketing visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across app, website, merchandise, and marketing materials

###### **3D \& Product Mockups**

• Create 3D graphics and product mockups for jerseys, kits, merchandise, and presentations
• Prepare print\-ready files for production
• Visualize merchandise concepts before final production

###### **Merchandise Coordination**

• Manage design execution for team orders (jerseys, kits, custom merchandise).
• Coordinate with vendors/printers to ensure design accuracy and quality output.
• Maintain organized artwork files and production documentation
• Support product catalog creatives and store listings

###### **Collaboration \& Workflow**

• Work closely with Store, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams
• Handle multiple design requests efficiently
• Deliver creatives within defined timelines

###### **Experience Required**

• **Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience in graphic design** (preferably in merchandise, apparel, print, or brand design)
• Experience handling end\-to\-end design execution independently
• Exposure to working with vendors/printers for production output

###### **Required Skills \& Tools**

• Strong proficiency in vector design
• Hands\-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (PSD), and CorelDRAW
• Ability to create and edit 3D graphics and visual mockups
• Experience in logo design and brand identity development
• Good understanding of layouts, typography, and color systems
• Understanding of print production formats and file preparation

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Interest in sports or cricket merchandise is a plus
