Graphic Designer (mid-level)

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs. If you have a strong understanding of branding, social media, digital marketing, and print design, and enjoy working in a fast\-paced creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce high\-quality visual content that aligns with brand objectives and delivers impact across multiple platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design high\-quality social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, and campaign assets.
• Create print collateral including brochures, flyers, standees, catalogues, business stationery, and other marketing materials.
• Develop branding assets such as logos, visual identities, and brand guidelines.
• Design website banners, landing page visuals, email creatives, and other digital assets.
• Create professional presentations and pitch decks.
• Ensure consistency across all brand communications and maintain visual standards.
• Work closely with content writers, marketers, and creative leads to conceptualize campaigns.
• Prepare production\-ready files for both digital and print applications.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends, AI\-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

• *Qualifications**

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field will be preferred.
• Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• *Work Schedule (Hybrid)**

This is a **hybrid work role** with a split work schedule

• **Office Hours:** 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Work from Office using the company workstation)
• **Remote Hours:** 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Work from Home using your own laptop/workstation)

• *\[Total Working Hours:** 8 hours per day]

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
