Graphic Designer

• *Experience**: Fresher to 1 year

• *Educational Qualification:**

\- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

\- Candidates with relevant certifications and a strong design portfolio may also apply.

• *Roles and Responsibilities:**

\- Create creative designs for LinkedIn posts, social media, recruitment advertisements, banners, brochures, and company profiles.

\- Design marketing materials to promote the company's brand, services, and hiring activities.

\- Use graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.

\- Maintain brand consistency, including company logos, colours, fonts, and layouts.

\- Coordinate with the HR and management teams to understand design requirements.

\- Edit and revise designs based on feedback.

\- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned designs.

\- Maintain and organize design files and creative assets.

\- Good Communication.

• *Required Skills:**

\- Creativity and a good sense of colour, typography, and layout.

\- Basic to good knowledge of graphic design software.

\- Attention to detail and time management skills.

\- Ability to understand briefs and work collaboratively.

\- A portfolio of designs or sample projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
