• *Job Summary**

Theos is seeking a highly visual Graphic Designer \& Multimedia Creator with a sharp eye for luxury aesthetics. This is a dynamic, hybrid role combining graphic layout design with agile video production. You will be responsible for taking raw site footage, 3D renders, and technical factory processes and turning them into premium, high\-engagement visual assets—ranging from polished corporate event banners to viral Instagram Reels. We look for creators who utilize advanced AI visual workflows to eliminate tedious editing roadblocks and deliver exceptional results faster.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* \*Video Production \& Editing:\* Periodically visit our experience center, active residential sites, and manufacturing facility to shoot raw video content. Edit this footage into fast\-paced, high\-end Reels, Shorts, and project walk\-throughs.

\* \*Graphic Design \& AI Asset Cleanup:\* Create premium digital assets for social media posts, festival creatives, company achievements, sponsorship banners, and website graphics. Use generative AI tools to instantly clean up site environments and expand layout frames.

\* \*Visual Consistency:\* Ensure all output strictly aligns with the clean, sophisticated, and premium brand identity of Theos.

\* \*Asset Management:\* Collaborate with our design team to polish 3D renders and turn technical project milestones into visually digestible, thumb\-stopping content.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

\* \*Experience:\* 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or Content Creator. A stunning portfolio showcasing both static design and video editing is mandatory.

\* \*AI Visual Automation:\* Strong familiarity with modern AI\-assisted visual editing workflows. Must know how to use generative AI to remove visual blemishes from active construction sites, expand frame backgrounds, and automate post\-production tasks.

\* Required Toolkit: \*Adobe Firefly / Photoshop Generative Fill\* (site cleanup, layout expansion), \*Midjourney / DALL\-E 3\* (moodboarding, abstract design elements), and \*CapCut AI / ElevenLabs\* (smart transitions, audio cleaning, and auto\-captions).

\* \*Technical Skills:\* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro/After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent high\-end editing software.

\* \*Equipment Literacy:\* Comfort shooting high\-quality video using smartphones (with gimbals/mics) or mirrorless cameras.
