Graphic Designer

• *About the Role**

Marketocrat is looking for a **creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer** who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital design. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in creating engaging visual content and the ability to translate ideas and marketing objectives into compelling designs.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to design high\-quality visual content across digital platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design social media creatives, presentations, banners, and other marketing assets
• Handle day\-to\-day graphic design requirements across ongoing projects
• Maintain consistency in visual identity and branding across deliverables
• Edit and revise creatives based on internal feedback and project requirements
• Manage assigned tasks responsibly while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and design initiatives
• Create visual content for digital marketing and communication purposes
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on campaign requirements
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines

• *Requirements**

• **1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design**
• Hands\-on experience with graphic design tools such as:
• CorelDRAW
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color balance, and composition
• Good attention to detail and creative thinking
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work collaboratively within a team
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced work environment

• *Preferred Skills**

• Familiarity with social media design trends
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
• Familiarity with AI\-based creative tools is a plus
