Graphic Designer – Offset Printing (Paper Cup Industry)

Job Description

We are looking to hire an **In\-House Graphic Designer** with hands\-on experience in **Offset Printing Design**, preferably from the **packaging, paper products, or printing industry**.

The candidate should have strong designing skills and be able to create print\-ready artworks for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify designs for **paper cups and packaging products**
• Prepare artwork files for **offset printing production**
• Develop layouts, mockups, and print\-ready files
• Ensure design accuracy, color matching, and production feasibility
• Coordinate with production and sales teams for design requirements
• Maintain design records and support product development activities

Required Skills

• Experience in **Offset Printing Designing** (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of:
• **CorelDRAW**
• **Adobe Photoshop**
• Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
• Other relevant designing tools
• Understanding of printing concepts such as:
• CMYK colors
• Bleed \& margins
• Artwork setup
• Print file preparation
• Creativity with attention to detail

Experience

• Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in offset printing / packaging design preferred

Education

• Diploma / Graduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred

Preferred Industry

Packaging \| Paper Products \| Offset Printing \| Paper Cup Manufacturing

• *Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
