What You'll Do

• Design engaging social media creatives, carousels, reels covers and digital campaigns.
• Create visual identities and brand assets that align with client positioning.
• Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams.
• Develop presentations, pitch decks and marketing collateral.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats and platform best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Ability to think conceptually and bring ideas to life visually.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility and brand thinking.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Experience working with startups, founders or personal brands.
• Knowledge of AI\-powered design tools and creative workflows.
