We are looking for a creative and skilledGraphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience in creating engaging visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, proficiency in industry\-standard design tools, and the ability to develop creative designs that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Design creative graphics for social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and management teams to understand design requirements.
• Create and edit images, illustrations, layouts, and promotional materials as per business needs.
• Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Incorporate feedback, revise designs, and stay updated with the latest graphic design trends.

• *Mandatory Requirements**

• 3–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience designing social media creatives, marketing materials, advertisements, and branding assets.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and previous work.
