About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital and print media, including marketing collateral for our real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities **Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, and project walkthrough creatives** Create engaging social media posts, reels/video edits, and digital ad creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube **Develop branding assets including logos, letterheads, business cards, and email templates** Design presentations, project profiles, and corporate documents in coordination with the sales and HR teams **Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of print materials** Maintain brand consistency in style, colours, and fonts across all communication **Support website and landing page design with graphics and UI elements as required** Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines Required Skills \& Qualifications **Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field** 1 – 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in\-house) **Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of CorelDRAW is a plus** Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred) **Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition** A portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across print and digital media **Good communication skills and ability to interpret briefs accurately** Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment Preferred (Added Advantage) **Experience designing for real estate, construction, or hospitality brands** Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D visualization tools **Photography/videography skills for on\-site project shoots What We Offer** Competitive salary based on experience and skills **Opportunity to work on diverse projects across construction and hospitality verticals** Growth\-oriented and collaborative work environment How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated resume along with their portfolio to yuvasankarhr@gmail.com
