• *Role Summary**

Rowenix Marketing Private Limited is looking for a creative, detail\-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be the visual storyteller for our diverse range of clients, translating marketing briefs and cinematic visions into compelling visual assets. Whether it’s creating high\-impact social media graphics or designing captivating film posters, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and that of our clients.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Concept Development:** Conceptualize and execute visual designs for marketing campaigns, including posters, flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements.
• **Film \& Entertainment Design:** Specialize in creating professional\-grade film posters, title sequences, and promotional assets that effectively communicate the tone and genre of film projects.
• **Brand Consistency:** Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for Rowenix and our clients, ensuring all visual outputs are cohesive and impactful.
• **Collaborative Design:** Work closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and creative directors to brainstorm and deliver designs that meet project goals and deadlines.
• **Multi\-Platform Optimization:** Tailor designs to perform optimally across various media, including social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn), websites, and print formats.
• **Feedback \& Revision:** Proactively manage multiple design projects, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine final deliverables.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** 1\+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a creative or marketing agency environment. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Expert\-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, with a specific focus on marketing collateral and film/entertainment design.
• **Design Principles:** Deep understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design.
• **Soft Skills:** Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadline\-sensitive projects simultaneously.
• **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
