Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our team. You will work closely with the founders, marketing, and production teams to create engaging designs while ensuring production\-ready artwork for seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, ad banners, website graphics, and marketing materials.
• Create artwork for T\-shirts, hoodies, mugs, packaging, and other merchandise.
• Prepare print\-ready production files, layouts, and artwork for manufacturing.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate file formats, sizing, and print quality.
• Design promotional materials for digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Stay updated with design trends and contribute fresh creative ideas.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva**.
• Strong understanding of print production, layouts, and pre\-press file preparation.
• Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects.
