My Value Trip is a Travel Management Company helping businesses and travelers simplify every journey through reliable service, technology and human expertise. As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate Creative Specialist to join our Marketing Team

Your Role

Understand our brand, audience, and communication objectives before beginning any creative project

Research market trends, competitors, and creative inspirations to develop fresh, meaningful concepts

Design engaging social media creatives, presentations, brochures, advertisements, banners, and other marketing collateral

Transform ideas into compelling visual stories with creativity and attention to detail

Present the rationale and strategic thinking behind your creative decisions

Ensure consistency across all brand communications and touchpoints

Work closely with marketing and business teams to bring campaigns to life

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools

A strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual communication

The ability to research, conceptualize, and design with intent—not just aesthetics

A creative mindset supported by strategic thinking and problem\-solving

The habit of asking "Why are we creating this?" before "How should it look?"
