Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented Graphic Designer \& Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company's marketing activities.

The candidate should have hands\-on experience in graphic designing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), with the ability to generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Digital Marketing \& Paid Advertising**

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Run Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Generate quality leads for real estate projects.
• Manage Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and Meta Lead Generation campaigns.
• Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), and conversions.
• Optimize advertising campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce costs.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• *2\. Graphic Designing**

• Design creative advertisements for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Create social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional creatives.
• Design project launch campaigns and property advertisements.
• Create engaging reels, videos, and promotional content.
• Develop creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display Ads.

• *3\. Social Media Management**

• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and schedule social media posts.
• Create engaging content highlighting project features, amenities, and offers.
• Improve brand visibility and social media engagement.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification in Graphic Design or Digital Marketing preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands\-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing and lead generation preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
• Basic video editing and reel creation skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
• Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Mandatory Skills

• Practical experience in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to create attractive real estate marketing creatives.
• Willingness to take ownership of digital marketing activities.
