Graphic Designer

Roles AND Responsibilities

1\. Product Design and Branding

Develop graphics for product packaging, labels, and in\-house branding.

Create and refine visual elements that align with the brand's identity.

Work with product development teams to design product features, user manuals, and instructions.

2\. Marketing and Advertising Support

Design promotional materials such as brochures, banners, catalogs, and flyers.

Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website content, and email newsletters.

3\. Collaborating with Teams

Work closely with marketing, production, and R\&D teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with the manufacturing process.

Collaborate with engineers and product designers to translate technical ideas into visually appealing designs.

4\. Packaging Design

Design functional and visually appealing packaging that meets regulatory requirements and supports branding efforts.

Test packaging designs for practicality and user\-friendliness.

5\. Maintaining Brand Consistency

Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.

Update existing designs to reflect changes in branding or product updates.

6\. Vendor and Printer Liaison

Work with external vendors, printers, or suppliers to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final product.

Prepare print\-ready files and review samples for quality control.

7\. Visual Communication for Internal Use

Design visual content for internal presentations, reports, and training materials.

Assist in creating instructional graphics for manufacturing processes or safety guidelines.

8\. Monitoring and Updates

Regularly update designs to reflect new product lines or enhancements.

Stay informed about industry trends and innovative design tools to incorporate into the company’s visuals.

Required Skills

Proficiency in design software such as CorelDraw, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, after effect, premier pro, InDesign, Canva, excel, photo editing, video editing, power point presentation.AI tools

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Familiarity with print production processes and materials.

Problem\-solving skills to create designs that are both creative and manufacturable.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
