Graphic Designer – Social Media & Digital Content

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content for our

digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, familiarity with social media

trends, and experience using both conventional design software and emerging AI tools.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Design engaging creatives for social media, including posts, carousels, flyers, brochures, banners,

and promotional materials.

● Create and edit reels, short\-form videos, and other multimedia content for platforms such as

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

● Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communication materials.

● Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

● Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline content development.

● Support the planning and execution of social media content aligned with organizational goals.

● Stay updated on social media trends, platform requirements, and audience engagement strategies.

• *Required Skills**

● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.

● Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Video,

Instagram Edits or similar platforms.

● Familiarity and updated knowledge about latest Generative AI tools for design and content

creation.

● Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and branding.

● Knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, hooks and engagement strategies.

● Excellent creativity, communication, and time\-management skills.

● Written \& verbal communication in English, Hindi , Marathi

Experience \& Qualifications

● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and social media content creation.

● Proven experience in developing digital creatives and video content for multiple social media

platforms.

● A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video editing, and campaign

creatives.

● Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics will be an added

advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
