We're Ripped Up Nutrition — a D2C sports nutrition brand built on owned manufacturing, real formulas, and a culture of discipline. With 99K\+ followers on Instagram and a fast\-growing presence across Amazon, Blinkit, and our own Shopify store, we're building one of India's most authentic fitness brands. We're looking for a designer who gets the culture and can bring it to life visually — across social, packaging, ads, and product.
- **Social media creatives** — static posts, reels covers, story templates, carousel graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube thumbnails
- **Performance ad creatives** — Meta and Google ad banners, product\-focused ad visuals, offer/sale creatives, UGC\-style ad layouts
- **Product \& packaging** — label design, pouch mockups, new SKU packaging concepts, flavor variant differentiation
- **Amazon \& marketplace assets** — A\+ content banners, product infographic images, comparison charts, brand store banners
- **Website \& Shopify** — homepage banners, collection page headers, promotional pop\-up graphics, email header designs
- **Brand collateral** — brochures, dealer price lists, trade show materials, B2B presentation decks
- **Video editing (basic)** — reels trimming, motion text overlays, product video edits for social
- Proficient in **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator** — non\-negotiable
- Strong **typography** skills — knows how to make text breathe and hit hard
- Solid understanding of **social media formats** — aspect ratios, safe zones, platform\-specific best practices
- Experience creating **performance ad creatives** — understands what visuals stop the scroll
- Ability to maintain and evolve a **brand identity** — not just execute briefs but push ideas
- Basic **video editing** — Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Reels\-native editing tools
- Canva proficiency for quick turnarounds
- After Effects / motion graphics basics
- Product photography or flat lay setup experience
- Figma for web/app mockups
- Experience with fitness, FMCG, or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of Amazon A\+ content guidelines

Our brand sits between the gritty authenticity of RYSE (bold, cinematic, drops\-culture) and the mass\-market punch of MuscleBlaze — but with our own voice: *Discipline is the Culture.* We don't want safe, templated design. We want someone who can make a protein pouch look like it belongs on a shelf in Dubai and on a gym wall in Baddi at the same time.
Portfolio must show: product\-focused work, social creatives, and ideally some ad/performance creative.
