Graphic Designer (Surat, 3-5 yrs exp)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in branding and packaging design to join our team. This role requires someone who can translate brand identity into impactful visual communication across packaging, labels, marketing assets, and print materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging concepts, product labels, and branding materials
• Create visually compelling and market\-relevant packaging aligned with brand guidelines
• Develop artwork for labels, cartons, pouches, sleeves, and other packaging formats
• Prepare print\-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors for production execution
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, layouts, color profiles, and print specifications
• Work closely with marketing, product, and cross\-functional teams for new launches and campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and offline communication materials
• Create supporting creatives for advertisements, POSM, social media, and promotional requirements
• Review proofs and ensure final output quality before production

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Graphic Design with focus on Branding \& Packaging
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, label, and branding projects
• Mandatory proficiency in **Figma** and **CorelDRAW**
• Strong understanding of print production, packaging materials, and label applications
• Experience in preparing production\-ready artworks and handling print specifications
• Good understanding of typography, color systems, hierarchy, and layout principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG, D2C, food, consumer, or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of packaging mockups and production processes
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
• Understanding of packaging trends and consumer\-first design approach.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
