About the Role

SWG Trading Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** to develop engaging visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Create banners, posters, brochures, flyers, standees, and other marketing materials.
• Design advertisements for newspapers, digital campaigns, and outdoor branding.
• Develop product promotion creatives for mobile phones and accessories.
• Create birthday, festival, event, and employee engagement creatives.
• Edit and enhance images for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and HR teams to understand design requirements.
• Ensure all designs follow the company's branding guidelines.
• Deliver high\-quality designs within specified timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and tools.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and CorelDRAW**.
• Knowledge of **Canva** and AI\-based design tools is an added advantage.
• Basic video editing skills using **Adobe Premiere Pro** or **CapCut** are preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Creativity with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• **1–3 years** of experience in graphic design (Freshers with an impressive portfolio may also apply).
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
