As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a creative and talented **Graphic Designer \& Video Content Creator** to join our marketing team and help build a strong digital presence across multiple social media platforms.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing eye\-catching marketing materials, producing engaging social media content, editing professional videos, and creating compelling digital campaigns that strengthen our brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with storytelling and has a passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Edit high\-quality short\-form and long\-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Add professional captions, subtitles, animations, transitions, and motion graphics to videos.
• Create thumbnails, carousels, infographics, and branded templates.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with AEC Global's brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing and migration teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Prepare creative assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Keep up to date with social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.

Skills \& Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or Video Editor.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work.
• Advanced skills in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Canva Pro
• Experience using AI\-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, Runway ML, Midjourney, or similar.
• Excellent video editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to write engaging captions and optimise content for social media.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience working in a marketing agency, education, migration, or professional services environment is highly regarded.
