Job Overview

Anton’s Medicode is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging content for digital platforms especially educational and promotional media.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit short\-form and long\-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Ads, and educational content
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and background music
• Ensure videos align with brand tone, quality standards, and timelines
• Repurpose long videos into multiple short\-form assets

Graphic Design

• Design creatives for social media posts, thumbnails, posters, banners, ads, and presentations
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Create visual elements for marketing campaigns and product launches
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visuals

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop \& Illustrator / Canva
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends
• Good eye for typography, color, composition, and pacing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with educational, medical, or coaching content
• Knowledge of basic animation or motion design
• Familiarity with Meta \& YouTube ad creatives
• Ability to suggest creative improvements independently
