GRAPHIC DESIGNER & VIDEO EDITOR – CONTENT CREATOR

RLT Edzaro is looking for a creative and skilled **Graphic Designer \& Video Editor** who can also handle photo and video shoots. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging marketing creatives, editing promotional videos, shooting videos for courses and events, and producing high\-quality visual content for digital marketing and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good creative sense, technical knowledge of design and editing tools, and the ability to manage content production from shooting to final delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities**

1\. Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, promotional posters, banners, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Develop visually appealing creatives for course promotions, student admissions, workshops, events, and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Create thumbnails, reels covers, and other digital assets.

2\. Video Editing

• Edit promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short\-form videos, and advertisements.
• Add transitions, animations, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and motion graphics.
• Edit student testimonials, event highlights, educational content, and institutional promotional videos.
• Optimise videos for different social media platforms and advertising formats.
• Ensure high\-quality output with proper pacing, audio, colour correction, and visual presentation.

3\. Photo \& Video Shooting

• Independently shoot videos and photographs for marketing campaigns, courses, workshops, events, and student testimonials.
• Handle cameras, smartphones, tripods, microphones, lighting equipment, and other shooting accessories.
• Plan and execute basic indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Capture engaging footage for reels, advertisements, promotional videos, and corporate content.
• Coordinate with trainers, students, and the marketing team during shoots.
• Manage the complete content production process, from shooting and file organisation to editing and final delivery.

4\. Digital Marketing Support

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content for lead\-generation campaigns.
• Understand campaign objectives and produce creatives that attract attention and generate enquiries.
• Follow social media trends and suggest new ideas for reels, videos, and promotional content.
• Deliver creative assets within deadlines and handle revisions based on feedback.

• *Required Skills**

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent graphic design tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing software.
• Practical knowledge of camera handling, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
• Ability to shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Knowledge of typography, colour combinations, visual storytelling, and social media creative formats.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
• Good time management, creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Making, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant practical skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.

• *Experience**

• Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolio may apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
