• *About the Role**

I Cap Traders Circuit Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer \& Video Editor to support our marketing and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will create visually engaging graphics and high\-performing videos across digital platforms to strengthen our presence in the fintech and trading ecosystem.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Create engaging graphics and visual creatives for

○ Marketing materials

○ Social media platforms

○ Websites and landing pages

○ Presentations and internal communication

● Edit and produce short\-form and long\-form videos for

○ Social media platforms

○ Website content

○ Digital ads and campaigns

○ Internal use

● Optimize videos for different platforms including

○ Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)

○ Facebook

○ YouTube

● Ensure videos and creatives align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and timelines.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and video styles.

● Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

● Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

● Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

● Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform\-specific requirements.

● Ability to optimize video size, resolution, and duration for IG, Facebook, and YouTube.

● Creative mindset with attention to detail.

● Good communication and teamwork skills.

• *Experience \& Education**

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).

● 0–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

● Prior experience in fintech, trading, or finance content is a plus.
