About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail\-oriented, and technology\-savvy **Graphic Designer \& Video Editor** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital platforms, including social media, paid advertising, e\-commerce, and our website.
The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, excellent video editing skills, and a willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and scale content production.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design high\-quality creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, and promotional graphics.
- Design product packaging, labels, inserts, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Develop Amazon and Shopify product listing images and A\+ content.
- Design website banners, landing page assets, and email marketing creatives.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets.
Video Editing
- Edit short\-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Create performance marketing video ads with engaging hooks, captions, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Edit product demonstrations, customer testimonials, UGC, and lifestyle videos.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and advertising requirements.
AI\-Assisted Content Creation
- Utilize AI tools to enhance the creative process, including image generation, video creation, background removal, content enhancement, and ideation.
- Create multiple creative variations for marketing campaigns using AI\-assisted workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and recommend new ways to improve creative efficiency.
- Ensure AI\-generated content aligns with the brand's quality standards and visual identity.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives.
- Brainstorm creative concepts for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain creative assets and editable source files.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience with Canva and CapCut.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create designs optimized for social media, e\-commerce, and performance marketing.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI\-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and other e\-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Meta Ads creative best practices and social media trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience working with D2C, e\-commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.

- Timely delivery of creative assets.
- Quality and consistency of designs across all platforms.
- Number of creatives and videos delivered as per the content calendar.
- Contribution to campaign performance through effective creatives.
- Efficient use of AI and design tools to improve productivity.
