We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can develop visually engaging designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousel creatives, reel covers, banners, and digital marketing creatives.
• Create branding materials including logos, brand identity, brochures, flyers, business cards, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Design website banners, landing page graphics, email creatives, and other digital assets.
• Develop creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, SEO, web development, and video production teams.
• Understand client requirements and convert creative briefs into high\-quality visual designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and branding.
• Experience designing for social media, websites, digital advertising, and print media.
• Ability to create creative and visually appealing designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and ChatGPT is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, branding agency, or creative studio.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, digital advertisements, website graphics, and marketing materials.
