• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Graphic Designer \& Video Editor** who can create visually compelling designs and engaging video content while maintaining **strong brand consistency**. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of **colour philosophy, visual storytelling, and content\-driven creativity**, and be able to translate ideas into impactful digital and offline marketing assets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design creatives for **social media, digital ads, websites, and marketing campaigns**
• Design **offline marketing materials** such as **brochures, flyers, standees, banners, print ads, and other print collaterals**
• Create and edit **videos, reels, motion graphics, and short\-form content** for social media and campaigns
• Ensure **brand consistency** across digital, video, and print materials
• Apply **colour psychology, typography, and layout principles** to enhance communication
• Collaborate with content writers and marketers to create **content\-led visual concepts**
• Develop creatives aligned with **brand tone, target audience, and campaign objectives**
• Adapt and optimize creatives based on **feedback and performance insights**
• Stay updated with **design trends, video formats, and platform best practices**

• *Core Requirements**

• 2–4 years of hands\-on experience in **graphic design and video editing**
• Strong proficiency in:
• **Adobe Photoshop**
• **Adobe Illustrator**
• **Adobe Premiere Pro**
• **Adobe After Effects**
• Solid understanding of **colour philosophy, colour psychology, and visual hierarchy**
• Strong knowledge of **brand consistency and design systems**
• Experience designing for both **digital and print (offline) marketing materials**
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a **content\-first approach**

• *Good to Have / Bonus Skills**

• Experience with **motion graphics and animations**
• Knowledge of **performance marketing creatives**
• Experience in **storyboarding and concept development**
• Photography or basic shooting knowledge
