Graphic Designer & Video Editor

• *Graphic Designer / Video Editor (1\-2 Years Experience)**

We are looking for a creative and passionate **Graphic Designer \& Editor** with a background in **Visual Communication (Viscom)** or Visual Studio environments to join our creative team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between static design and motion media, creating impactful graphics, social media assets, and edited video content that elevates our brand presence.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Visual Content Creation:** Design eye\-catching social media posts, marketing banners, brochures, and digital assets that align with our brand identity.
• **Video Editing \& Post\-Production:** Seamlessly edit, cut, and polish raw video footage, adding text overlays, basic transitions, sound design, and color grading.
• **Creative Concepts:** Apply foundational principles from your Visual Communication studies to brainstorm layout, typography, colour theory, and composition for campaigns.
• **Format Optimization:** Deliver high\-quality visual outputs specifically formatted and optimized for various digital platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website).
• **Collaboration:** Work alongside the marketing and content creation teams to turn written briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• **Project Workflow:** Manage daily design requests, incorporate feedback, and deliver clean, organized project files within deadlines.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Experience:** **1 to 2 years of professional experience** in graphic design and digital media editing.
• **Education:** **Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Visual Communication (Viscom)**, Multimedia, Animation, or a related visual arts field.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically **Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro** (After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a strong plus).
• **Design Fundamentals:** Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour psychology, and standard visual aesthetics.
• **Communication:** Ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• **Portfolio:** A digital portfolio or reel showcasing a mix of graphic design and video editing work is **mandatory** for consideration.
