The ideal candidate should have strong designskills and the ability to create high\-quality videos that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

• *TECHNICAL SKILLS:**

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Experience in photo editing, retouching, and image optimization.
• Ability to edit videos for social media and digital advertising.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Experience in e\-commerce creative design.
• Knowledge of AI\-powered design and video editing tools.
• Basic understanding of UI design principles.
• Experience with photography or videography is an added advantage.

• *CERTIFICATIONS:**

Relevant certifications in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Video Editing are an added advantage.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**\- Design social media creatives, banners, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials. \- Create productcreatives for e\-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. \- Edit short\-form and long\-form videos for InstagramReels, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms. \- Develop motion graphics and simple animations formarketing campaigns. \- Create product videos, promotional videos, and brand awareness content. \- Design websitebanners, landing page graphics, and email marketing creatives. \- Collaborate with the marketing team to executecampaign concepts and promotional activities. \- Ensure all designs and videos align with the brand guidelines. \- Stayupdated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and video editing techniques. \- Organize and managecreative assets efficiently.

• *QUALIFICATION**\- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. \- Relevant certifications in Graphic Design, Multimedia, orVideo Editing are an added advantage.

• *EXPERIENCE**\- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing. \- A strong portfolio showcasing design and videoediting work is mandatory.
