• *PAVE by Praper Media** is a video editing academy dedicated to helping aspiring creators, editors, and media professionals build practical, industry\-relevant skills. Through hands\-on training, students learn industry\-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, AI\-powered creative tools, and essential skills in storytelling, content creation, and personal branding to build successful careers in the digital media industry.

• *Role:**

We’re looking for a seasoned **Video editor \& Trainer** who can teach, mentor, and inspire students — equipping them with both technical and creative skills to excel in the real industry.

• *Key responsibilities:**

• Teach a structured 3–6 month program (in\-person) at Praper’s office.
• Deliver 2\-hour daily sessions (Mon–Fri) and guide students in practical lab hours.
• Cover software mastery: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Integrate AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Freepik, ElevenLabs, Descript, and Adobe Podcast.
• Teach both creator\-focused and brand\-focused editing approaches.
• Mentor students on soft skills, workflows, and real\-world client handling.
• Provide feedback on assignments and final projects.

• *What We’re Looking For:**

• 4–5\+ years of professional editing experience (creator content, ads, or films).
• Deep knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and industry workflows.
• Understanding of current trends in video editing and content marketing.
• Prior teaching/training experience OR strong ability to break down concepts.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
