About the Role

Remark HR is looking for a creative and passionate **Video \& Graphic Designer** to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics and producing engaging video content that enhances our brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of branding and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high\-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital advertisements, presentations, brochures, banners, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, promotional campaigns, corporate branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Create motion graphics, animations, reels, and short\-form video content for digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and visual optimization for video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual and multimedia content.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, AI\-powered creative tools, and platform\-specific content formats.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop**, **Adobe Illustrator**, **Adobe Premiere Pro**, and **Adobe After Effects**.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and basic animation.
• Knowledge of social media content creation and platform specifications.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, social media creatives, and video editing work is mandatory.
