Roles \& ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

• Edit educational videos, webinars, and promotional content.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
• Add transitions, effects, animations, captions, and background music.
• Enhance video quality through color correction and audio optimization.
• Ensure content aligns with the company's branding and quality standards.

Graphic Design

• Design eye\-catching YouTube thumbnails.
• Create social media posters, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns and educational programs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.

Content Support

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with current social media and video editing trends.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience in editing Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos.
• Knowledge of thumbnail creation and social media poster design.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Work From Home Requirements

• Personal Laptop/Desktop with good performance.

• Dedicated workspace for remote work.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
