We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Video Editor** who can transform raw footage into engaging, high\-quality video content for social media, digital advertising, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create high\-quality video advertisements for digital marketing campaigns.
• Edit promotional videos, brand videos, product videos, corporate videos, and client projects.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
• Create videos that capture attention, communicate the message clearly, and encourage audience engagement.
• Work on video hooks, pacing, storytelling, and visual techniques to improve viewer retention.
• Collaborate with designers, social media managers, and the marketing team to understand project requirements.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in video quality and visual style.
• Repurpose long\-form videos into short\-form content for different social media platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver videos within deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining high\-quality output.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, transitions, effects, and social media content formats.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or creative production environment.
• Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**.
• Working knowledge of **Adobe After Effects** is an advantage.
• Understanding of short\-form video content, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Knowledge of colour correction, colour grading, audio editing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging videos from raw footage, images, voiceovers, and other creative assets.
• Good understanding of aspect ratios, resolutions, frame rates, and export settings for different platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual sense.
• Ability to understand briefs, accept feedback, and work collaboratively.
• Good time management and organisational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience editing videos for paid social media advertisements.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated text.
• Familiarity with AI\-assisted video editing tools and creative workflows.
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or brand campaigns.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills.
