• *Job Overview** We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional artistry and digital production, possessing strong computer knowledge and the ability to develop unique, impactful design ideas. You will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire and inform our audience, working across digital and print media to maintain brand excellence.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Concept Development:** Develop unique design ideas and visual concepts from scratch.
• **Digital \& Print Design:** Create high\-quality graphics for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials like brochures and packaging.
• **Software Mastery:** Utilize **Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW** to execute production\-ready designs and complex vector illustrations.
• **Artistic Drawing:** Use drawing and sketching abilities to quickly visualize ideas or create custom illustrations and logos.
• **Collaboration \& Communication:** Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate project briefs into visual solutions. Clearly present and defend your design rationale to stakeholders.
• **Brand Stewardship:** Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects.
• **Final Production:** Review final layouts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they are optimized for their intended medium (digital resolution vs. print bleed/CMYK).

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Technical Proficiency:** Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically **Photoshop** and **Illustrator**) and **CorelDRAW**.
• **Creative Excellence:** A strong portfolio demonstrating unique conceptual thinking, excellent typography, and an eye for colour theory.
• **Drawing Ability:** Proven skill in freehand drawing or digital sketching for concept visualization.
• **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly.
• **Time Management:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
• **Experience:** Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
