YesMedia is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** with **6 months to 1 year of experience**. The ideal candidate should have strong visual skills, a passion for design, and the ability to create eye\-catching digital and print creatives that align with our brand and client requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design engaging graphics for **social media, websites, ads, and digital campaigns**.
• Develop **print materials** such as brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and promotional creatives.
• Collaborate with the **marketing, branding, and content teams** to understand project needs.
• Maintain consistency with **YesMedia’s brand identity and client branding guidelines**.
• Edit, refine, and adapt existing designs for various platforms.
• Prepare final files for both **digital publishing and print**.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and branding activities.
• Stay updated with modern design trends and tools.

• *Required Skills**

• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva** (Figma/After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of **color theory, typography, layout, and composition**.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced agency environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• *Eligibility \& Experience**

• **6 months to 1 year** of hands\-on design experience (agency experience is a bonus).
• Degree or diploma in **Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields** (preferred).
• A strong **portfolio** showcasing previous design work is mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of **motion graphics** or **short video editing**.

Job Type: Full\-time
