About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Graphic Designer** with 1–3 years of experience in designing engaging marketing creatives and producing video content. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in creating social media posts, marketing videos, reels, banners, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

The candidate should possess strong visual storytelling skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to deliver impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Create marketing videos, Instagram reels, promotional videos, and motion graphics for various campaigns.
• Develop posters, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other branding materials.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and graphics to ensure high\-quality output.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative assets within timelines.
• Ensure consistency in branding, colors, typography, and overall design standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and emerging creative tools.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and maintain timely delivery.

Required Skills \& ExperienceMust\-Have

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, marketing videos, reels, and branding work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience creating posters, banners, promotional graphics, and digital marketing creatives.
• Knowledge of video editing, transitions, animations, and motion graphics.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI design tools such as Figma will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of AI\-powered design tools and video editing platforms.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
