We are looking for a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** who can design visually appealing creatives for social media platforms as well as high\-quality designs for print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, typography, colour combinations, layout, and visual communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media \& Digital Creatives

• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
• Design creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Develop visually consistent designs that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Convert creative briefs and content ideas into attractive and effective visual designs.
• Collaborate with the video editing, social media, and performance marketing teams to develop campaign creatives.
• Create multiple design variations for A/B testing and advertising campaigns.
• Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative styles.

Print Media \& Branding

• Design brochures, flyers, pamphlets, leaflets, posters, standees, and banners.
• Create newspaper advertisements, magazine advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Design business cards, letterheads, company profiles, catalogues, and corporate stationery.
• Prepare artwork for hoardings, flex banners, event branding, and outdoor advertising.
• Create marketing collaterals for real estate, education, retail, hospitality, and other industries.
• Ensure print\-ready files meet the required dimensions, bleed, colour mode, resolution, and production specifications.
• Coordinate with printing vendors whenever required to ensure accurate output and quality.
• Check designs carefully for spelling, alignment, image quality, and other errors before final delivery.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency or creative studio.
• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator**.
• Working knowledge of **Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW** is an advantage, particularly for print media projects.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create designs for both digital platforms and print production.
• Good understanding of social media creative formats, advertising layouts, and brand consistency.
• Knowledge of print specifications, CMYK and RGB colour modes, DPI, bleed, and file preparation.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into effective designs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high design standards.
• Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to accept feedback, make revisions, and work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing performance marketing creatives for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Experience working with real estate, education, retail, hospitality, or other consumer\-facing brands.
• Knowledge of basic motion graphics and animated social media creatives.
• Familiarity with AI\-assisted design tools and creative workflows.
• Knowledge of Marathi and English typography and content layouts.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both social media designs and print media projects.
