We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphics Designer to join our educational institution. The candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and engaging creatives for digital platforms, print materials, branding activities, student engagement campaigns, admissions promotions, and institutional communications.
The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to convert concepts into professional visual content aligned with the institution’s branding guidelines.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, certificates, and other promotional materials.
- Create social media creatives for admissions campaigns, events, workshops, seminars, and institutional announcements.
- Develop visual content for websites, presentations, emailers, newsletters, and digital advertisements.
- Edit and enhance photographs, videos, and promotional content as required.
- Coordinate with HR, Admissions, Training \& Placement, and Academic departments for design requirements.
- Ensure consistency in institutional branding across all communication platforms.
- Create event branding materials including stage backdrops, invitation cards, and digital displays.
- Support website updates and UI graphics in coordination with the web development team.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Maintain design archives and media assets systematically.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of video editing and social media content creation.
- Creative thinking with strong typography, color, and layout skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of website graphics/UI design will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
