• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of visual communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into engaging and professional graphics and videos.

You will collaborate with our marketing and client servicing teams to create high\-quality visual assets for social media, digital advertising, websites, branding, and print. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, incorporating feedback, and maintaining consistent design quality across different brands.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design engaging social media creatives, posts, carousels, banners, and promotional graphics for multiple clients.
• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, website banners, landing pages, and email promotions.
• Develop brand\-aligned designs, marketing collaterals, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other print materials.
• Create and edit short\-form videos, promotional videos, and Instagram Reels using suitable editing tools.
• Develop creative concepts and design templates based on client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and client servicing teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.
• Make revisions based on client and internal feedback while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high\-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
• Organize design files and ensure all deliverables are prepared in the correct formats and dimensions for digital and print use.

• *Skills and Qualifications**

• 1\-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Experience designing for social media platforms, digital advertisements, websites, and print media.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good communication skills and willingness to accept feedback and make improvements.
• A portfolio showcasing original creative work across different formats is essential.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working with multiple clients and managing different brand identities.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and reel editing.
• Basic understanding of website layouts and responsive design.
• Familiarity with AI\-powered design tools and workflows.
