• *About the Role**

We are looking for a Graphic \& Visual Designer with 1\.5 to 2 years of hands\-on experience to create clean, purposeful, and engaging visual assets. In this role, you will take ownership of design deliverables across digital and brand marketing, applying solid design fundamentals to translate briefs into clear, compelling visuals with minimal oversight.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Visual Design \& Composition: Produce balanced marketing collaterals, social media assets, and digital graphics using strong visual hierarchy, alignment, whitespace, and layout principles..
• Typography \& Layout: Select appropriate type pairings, ensure high readability across screen sizes, and structure information hierarchy clearly..
• Color Direction: Build harmonious, brand\-aligned palettes and apply color theory effectively to direct user attention..
• Visual Communication: Establish clear visual focal points so every graphic communicates its intended message at a glance..
• Feedback Implementation \& Ownership: Apply feedback consistently across projects, proactively avoiding repeated adjustments on foundational design elements and working with growing autonomy..
• Multimedia \& Video Production: Handle basic video editing tasks (cutting, pacing, captions, transitions) for short\-form digital content..

• *Requirements**

• Experience: 1\.5 to 2 years of professional visual/graphic design experience in an agency, in\-house team, or fast\-paced digital environment..
• Strong Core Fundamentals: Demonstrated command of composition, alignment, spatial awareness, and layout balance..
• Typography \& Color Skills: Proven eye for readable typography pairings, hierarchy, and intentional color usage..
• Tool Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or Figma..
• Independence: Ability to receive constructive feedback, integrate it into subsequent deliverables, and maintain quality standards without repeated corrections..
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing digital/print design work and foundational video editing samples..

• *Good to Have**

• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles (wireframing, user flows, or responsive layout awareness)..
• Familiarity with AI video generation and editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Kling, or similar generative workflows).

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
